Edu-Futuro’s Emerging Leaders Program: Part I (ELP I) is a multi-workshop program that focuses on leadership development, college preparation, and community involvement for high school Latino and other immigrant youth offered 3 times each year (fall, spring, and summer).

ELP I has a group mentoring component; Leaders are grouped in “Crews” where they work alongside their peers, as well as with mentors who are adult professionals who coach and advise in public speaking, goal setting, advocacy, and career planning.

The fall session begins on November 6 and will run until December 16.
